10:38 PM Snowglobe:Frequency General Discussion: RE: Texture Loading Performance
I just went back in and reconfigured it in the Feature tables and settings.xml and everything seems to be fine now. It appears also, that the new Snowwglobe release has fixed many issues on the mac side of the house, still prevalent in FE Edition....

05:55 PM Snowglobe:Frequency General Discussion: RE: Texture Loading Performance
Marli, After checking into the Rendering Engine and Pipelining, Running multiple Threads "Could" work, but there is one major I issue I found. LL has preset the maximum amount of Threads in their Viewer, in which, has carried over to Snowglobe. My...
05:47 PM Snowglobe:Frequency General Discussion: RE: Scultpie Loading issues
It is within LL I believe, and support your theory Sean. I have tweaked the rendering engine within a copy of the viewer, and I see no improvements even with that. It must be on their end. I get that issue more and more lately, and on any viewer I...

10:12 PM Snowglobe:Frequency Task #66: GPU model numbers update
FYI, I adjusted and tested in the tables that the bug placed on the ATi HD series is no longer an issue, tested on both HD2400 and 3600 models, I fixed them on my end and turned them on. Now Graphics settings are working as they should normally. F...

03:18 PM Snowglobe:Frequency General Discussion: RE: Builders features
No problem ;o) Let me verify and test just a wee bit more. :D My values will be tweaked... I forgot to turn on 2 items, options which I loaded into the system, will fix that shortly. I also over ruled the Setting for ATi Radeon HD class graphi...

11:22 PM Snowglobe:Frequency General Discussion: Builders features
few things that I know drive people mad, are the crazy limits on drag distances and select distances. for those setting Skyboxes and dragging things across sims, the standard 48 meters is cursed upon. I manually adjust for 1000meters on both sett...
10:54 PM Snowglobe:Frequency General Discussion: RE: Texture Loading Performance
Observation#1 I have noticed that Running Multiple threads does increase performance in regular sims, but go to a packed sim.. and your better turning it off as the Server will auto throttle the bandwidth anyway, and make the selection nulled unt...

10:45 PM Snowglobe:Frequency Bug #61: disappearing prims on close up
I agree, that the settings fail to update, as if the throttling in SL official viewer is sticky. Setting back to 1 then back to 5 will will also fix the notorious Sculpt Prim deformation at a distance. It also appears starting the week of 10/26/09...
